Ronald Chlabowy Named Burton's Replacement In 2025

EXECUTIVE OFFICE OF  HENRY BURTON PEACH TREE - Today we have named a replacement for Chief Executive Officer, when current Chief Executive Officer Henry Burton steps down from his role within the company to retire. Product Mart Chief Executive Officer Ronald Chlabowy will succeed Burton on October 25, 2025. This will give Chlabowy his four years with Product Mart, before transitioning to his new role starting several weeks after hitting his four year mark with Product Mart. Chlabowy would then serve until 2031, when he plans on retiring. Chlabowy was selected for his dedication to customer service, his associates, his life long love for business, his successful run as Product Mart's CEO, and his continuing growth of Product Mart programs, services and reduced prices. Chlabowy will take Burton's place on October 25, 2025, and will serve out as CEO until 2031.  For Chlabowy's position, the company will begin searching for his successor.   Executive Leadership Changes Expected In The Coming Months At Product Mart Stores Inc And It's Brands Published: April 22, 2024 Dear Shareholders, Investors and Customers, Starting on August 21, 2024, in preparation for the departure of Chief Executive Officer Henry Burton in early 2025, the company("Product Mart Stores Inc," or "PMSI") are preparing for a major executive leadership change in multiple sectors of the business including at Product Mart, Westley's Home Grocers, Product Mart Air, Product Mart Transportation and many other assets that Product Mart Stores Inc oversees.  The company is also preparing to announce a list of candidates who are runner-ups to take Burton's seat when he departs the company at the start of 2025.
