 Executive Leadership Changes Expected In The Coming Months At Product Mart Stores Inc And It's Brands

Dear Shareholders, Investors and Customers,

Starting on August 21, 2024, in preparation for the departure of Chief Executive Officer Henry Burton in early 2025, the company("Product Mart Stores Inc," or "PMSI") are preparing for a major executive leadership change in multiple sectors of the business including at Product Mart, Westley's Home Grocers, Product Mart Air, Product Mart Transportation and many other assets that Product Mart Stores Inc oversees. 

The company is also preparing to announce a list of candidates who are runner-ups to take Burton's seat when he departs the company at the start of 2025. As we continue to prepare for an inevitable transition to the new Chief Executive Officer, we also prepare to search for replacements for the changes in Executive Leadership. We expect major changes to occur in Product Mart and Westley Home Grocers' executive teams as several candidates from both brands are in the running.

Furthermore, the company is preparing to completely update Executive roles and will reevaluate specific positions and determine whether or not those roles are valuable or whether they are no longer needed. CEO Burton has made it very clear that he wants a easy, smooth transition to the new leadership and will continue to aid in providing an easy and seamless transition. Product Mart Chief Executive Officer Ronald Chlabowy will play an important role as the interim Chief Executive of the company during the transitional period as we focus on finding a permanent Chief Executive Officer.

Not only will Executive Leadership change, but the company has returned Arrow Airlines and Y-Dot Airlines back to their respective holding companies who will retake control of the airline brands purchased by Product Mart Holdings. The company will be shifting major executive positions to fulfill the needs of Product Mart. The company will announce early in August who will be moved around and what brands will be effected by the switch up.

 Product Mart Stores Inc and its companies are not dismissing the fact that some safety concerns have been made, but in the means by which these former employees went about, is in my opinion is unacceptable. Instead of such employees bringing it to my attention, they opted to go the legal route. By them invoking a lawsuit towards one of the largest multi-trillion dollar company and brand. Personally, I believe these individuals are acting out of some kind of Vendetta against the former Chief Executive Officer . Product Mart has been made away by stores nation wide, that the employees(for sake of legal reasons, will not name these individuals) are former employees who have been known to causes disturbances against the company, and preventing the company from operating in a effective manner. Ronald Chlabowy Named Burton's Replacement In 2025

EXECUTIVE OFFICE OF  HENRY BURTON PEACH TREE - Today we have named a replacement for Chief Executive Officer, when current Chief Executive Officer Henry Burton steps down from his role within the company to retire. Product Mart Chief Executive Officer Ronald Chlabowy will succeed Burton on October 25, 2025. This will give Chlabowy his four years with Product Mart, before transitioning to his new role starting several weeks after hitting his four year mark with Product Mart. Chlabowy would then serve until 2031, when he plans on retiring. Chlabowy was selected for his dedication to customer service, his associates, his life long love for business, his successful run as Product Mart's CEO, and his continuing growth of Product Mart programs, services and reduced prices.
